Life can be so busy for children and increasingly stressful too. Yoga can be a haven or a safe space for children to be themselves, feel at ease and connect with others.

 

Physically they can gain strength, flexibility, coordination and become aware of their bodies. They can also develop concentration, confidence and learn ways of dealing with the stresses of life.
